Cancellations and refunds

If you wish to contact us about returns or to make a complaint please send an email to the Postulator of the Cause at lgs@littleeden.org.za

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Hyams Cause bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Delivery

A message about your donation will be sent to you by your provided email address.

Donor details will be stored by the Hyams Cause separately from card details which are entered by the client on online transactions. Information is protected during transmission by 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software.Encryption complies with international standards.
